• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in stress analysis and fatigue & damage tolerance (F&DT) engineering, specifically with Airbus programs.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle customer demands.

• Excellent command of both Chinese and English.

• Chinese nationality is mandatory.

• Tools Experience: Experience in using ISAMI, MSC.NASTRAN, PATRAN, and HYPRMESH tools for stress analysis.

• Perform stress justification for concessions and non-conformities based on engineering solutions.

• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools for stress analysis.

• Conduct hand calculations based on engineering fundamentals.

• Assist in fatigue and damage tolerance assessments as needed.

• Create and update justification documents (CoS) for Concessions

• Report and exchange information across multinational teams.

• Ensure compliance with Airbus methods and processes for stress analysis.

• Maintain detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repair tasks.

• Stay updated on industry developments, new repair techniques, and changes to maintenance manuals and regulations.

• Participate in problem-solving activities to identify and mitigate potential issues related to aircraft maintenance and repair.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• 分析物料需求;确定材料的关键性能;与供应商一起研究合适的解决方案；

• 领导跨职能部门启动开发活动，与跨职能团队一起准备详细的DVP，验证材料的可行性，跟踪工艺测试，总结DVP&R，与团队一起领导最终评审，最终将材料发布到PDM系统；

• 准备和更新材料相关的技术文件;确保技术融合计划满足产品质量和成本目标;确保完成里程碑截止日期;领导DFMEA分析和构建；

• 与跨部门团队一起跟进新材料的试产，确保新材料在实际项目中顺利量产；

• 日常材料维护和数据库管理；

• 支持解决一般材料相关问题。

工作内容及要求：

• 本科及以上学历，材料类、机械工程类相关专业；
  

• 有注塑类内外饰零件的设计开发经验，熟悉改性塑料和工程塑料在汽车内外饰的应用；

• 熟悉汽车零部件及主机厂的开发流程，对主机厂塑料件的标准及实验要求熟悉；

• 熟练使用3D设计软件；

• 熟悉PP、PE、ABS、PA、PET、PC、PBT等改性塑料和工程塑料的测试、性能和应用范围；

• 有保险杠类或者尾门类注塑产品经验者优先；

• 负责注塑类产品的设计开发工作，包括原材料的选型、产品设计可行性分析及数据优化、相关技术方案的评审，确保产品符合客户需求和行业标准；

• 负责注塑类产品的前期设计交流工作，充分识别客户的技术要求及标准，确保及时、准确、成功地将产品设计要求转化为可制造的产品设计；

• 负责注塑类产品的技术支持，协助处理公司内部和客户端的技术问题；

• 管理所有的产品设计，打印，材料，工程分析，原型，验证活动，和验证活动的规格，资源，时间，和每个项目的目标成本；

• 公司和上级指派的其他工作任务。
