• 赋能公司各个业务板块，帮助业务负责人建立防患于未然的防损思维，并给与他们有效的工具、流程、方法，帮助公司完成防损体系的共建。

• 搭建数子化防损管理体系，通过有效的数据管理及及时跟踪，输出有效的业务报告，支持管理层决策及业务洞察；

• 设计优化零售店铺库存、销售的管控制程序方法；

• 独立完成案件的受理、分析、证据采集、面谈询问和后续跟进等调查工作；

• 协助部门构建调查机制，提出改善建议；

• 协助部门搭建诚信文化建设；

• 利用自身专业知识在公司流程方面给出合理化建议；

• 对门店损耗原因进行分析，提出可行性建议。

• Tools Experience: CATIA V5, CCD, Gilda, Trend, Primes, Pass v3

• Chinese nationality is mandatory.

• Perform design assessments and evaluations of concessions (T100) and non-conformities for various aircraft components.

• Analyze and design modifications or corrective actions referencing the Structural Repair Manual.

• Propose appropriate repair solutions, prepare Technical Dispositions (TD), and repair schemes.

• Handle Airbus documentation including drawings, technical notes, manuals, service bulletins, and Structural Repair Manuals (SRM).

• Report and exchange information across multinational teams.

• Ensure compliance with Airbus methods and processes for design and production.

• Utilize engineering fundamentals to perform hand calculations.

• Tools Experience: Experience in using ISAMI, MSC.NASTRAN, PATRAN, and HYPRMESH tools for stress analysis.

• Perform stress justification for concessions and non-conformities based on engineering solutions.

• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools for stress analysis.

• Conduct hand calculations based on engineering fundamentals.

• Assist in fatigue and damage tolerance assessments as needed.

• Create and update justification documents (CoS) for Concessions

• Report and exchange information across multinational teams.

• Ensure compliance with Airbus methods and processes for stress analysis.
