工作内容及要求:

• 30-45周岁，本科以上学历，条件优秀者可适当放宽学历和年龄要求；

• 6年以上制造业数字化建设经验，3年以上数字化团队管理经验，有集团公司数字化建设相关管理经验优先；

• 组织集团中长期数字化规划，支撑企业战略目标；负责年度数字化建设计划，支撑企业年度经营目标和数字化建设目标达成；

• 负责数字化项目建设，做好项目过程管控，防范项目风险，达成项目建设目标；

• 推动业务管理和生产制造领域的数据治理，提升数据质量，支撑精细化管理和生产大数据分析；

• 负责数字化系统运维，保障系统健康稳定运行；

• 负责数字化业务和应用在集团内平展和业务拉通；

• 负责数字化文化宣导、数字化系统的应用培训和推广、新技术的研究和导入；

• 负责部门流程和标准体系建设，不断提升部门组织效能，做好员工的选育用留，保障团队健康发展。

工作内容及要求：

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in stress analysis and fatigue & damage tolerance (F&DT) engineering, specifically with Airbus programs.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle customer demands.

• Excellent command of both Chinese and English.

• Chinese nationality is mandatory.

• Tools Experience: Experience in using ISAMI, MSC.NASTRAN, PATRAN, and HYPRMESH tools for stress analysis.

• Perform stress justification for concessions and non-conformities based on engineering solutions.

• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools for stress analysis.

• Conduct hand calculations based on engineering fundamentals.

• Assist in fatigue and damage tolerance assessments as needed.

• Create and update justification documents (CoS) for Concessions

• Report and exchange information across multinational teams.

• Ensure compliance with Airbus methods and processes for stress analysis.

• 负责打印相关SOP、PFMEA、SPC、QC工程图等文件审核管理。

• Maintain detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repair tasks.

• Stay updated on industry developments, new repair techniques, and changes to maintenance manuals and regulations.

• Participate in problem-solving activities to identify and mitigate potential issues related to aircraft maintenance and repair.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• 确保项目研发按照预定的时间段进行；

• 参与所有有关 APQP 的工作；

• 拜访国内外客户作技术支持和作出技术可行性解决方案；

• 收集和维护项目有关的数据并与相关的部门合作；

• 追踪项目研发的投资、成本、预算; 

• 评估项目的可行性，分析和识别风险，采取措施并跟踪，直到风险降到可控范围之内；

• 项目总结阶段，组织项目小组成员分析项目过程，总结经验教训等。

• 有项目管理流程的知识和经验；

• 3年以上电气或汽车行业工作经验； 

• 有电气元件或发热元件相关产品开发经验；

• 分析物料需求;确定材料的关键性能;与供应商一起研究合适的解决方案；

• 领导跨职能部门启动开发活动，与跨职能团队一起准备详细的DVP，验证材料的可行性，跟踪工艺测试，总结DVP&R，与团队一起领导最终评审，最终将材料发布到PDM系统；

• 准备和更新材料相关的技术文件;确保技术融合计划满足产品质量和成本目标;确保完成里程碑截止日期;领导DFMEA分析和构建；

• 与跨部门团队一起跟进新材料的试产，确保新材料在实际项目中顺利量产；

• 日常材料维护和数据库管理；

• 支持解决一般材料相关问题。
