• Bachelor or above.
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive industry for quality related works.

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience on managing quality team.

• Familiar with IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5/FMEA/APAP/CP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D&QC and other related system, tools and standard.

• Being responsible for improving internal quality processes and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction, implementing the global and local quality strategy and follow up all the actions locally.

• Ensure the product APQP process under control to reduce the risk of mass production stage and achieve the quality goals pre-determined.

• Manage process quality, responsible for the corrective and preventive actions in the plant.

• Monitoring internal and external audit process, ensure quality management Systems is aligned.

• To meet suppliers and quality representatives to make certain that the company’s standards are aligned with current standards.

• Focusing on customers’ quality requirement. Establish, drive and optimize processes to provide customers with solutions or services.

• To be responsible for the final evaluation and decision regarding any enquires about inferior product or customer complaint regarding any of the company’s products or services.

• To support and guide all members of the quality department on how to define suitable corrective and preventive actions with the use of appropriate problem-solving methods.

• Continues systematic analysis and improvement to strengthen quality management.

• Being responsible for warranty management and drive the continues improvement.

• Being responsible for reporting and review for relevant required Quality Report.

• Ensuring the use of quality data analysis, use of quality tools, and continuous improvement and providing relevant quality training to local teams.

• To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

• 工程验收与项目管理：参与并监督新厂建设、扩建项目的验收过程，确保所有工程项目符合技术规范和安全标准，处理验收过程中出现的任何问题，并与施工单位、设备供应商紧密协作，确保项目顺利交付；

• 设施维护与优化：制定和实施厂务设施的年度维保计划和大修计划，持续优化系统性能，提高能效，降低运营成本；

• 技术支持与培训：为运营团队提供技术支持，培训技术人员和新进工程师，确保团队能够熟练操作和维护厂务系统；

• 安全与环保：确保厂务系统运行符合环境、健康和安全(EHS)标准，处理厂务设备突发情况，制定应对预案并组织演练；

• 政府部门协调：与政府相关部门建立和维护良好的工作关系，负责厂务相关的行政审批、许可申请以及政策遵从性检查；

• 文档管理：负责厂务系统所有文件、档案资料的收集、归档和管理工作。

• 精通数控编程、设备操作及 CAM；

• 编制工艺文件，包括工艺规程、SOP、WI、工艺流程图、PFMEA、定额和设计工装及特殊

• 刀具，制订产品工时定额；

• 解决现场各类与加工有关的技术与质量问题，监督工艺执行情况，指导生产及培训作业员；

• 工艺、工装、刀具优化改进；提高生产效率，降低加工成本，改进生产布局；

• 推动新技术、新工艺的开发和应用；

• 根据加工和装配特点，提出产品的设计建议；

• 有效支持国产化项目的实施，跟进产品样件的加工；

• CAD/CAM 项目支持；

• 支持运营及其它相关部门，如 BM、维修中心等；

• 完成部门经理以及上级安排的相关工作。

岗位职责：

1、协助总经理分管公司采购和运输业务工作支持公司各业务模块实现年度经营目标；

2、根据各业务模块经营规划和年度目标，指导各业务模块相应采购部门和运输部门制定阶段性工作计划，并监督落地实施;

3、负责建立健全采购和运输业务的制度流程体系，章制度和流程;

4、统筹协调各业务模块采购部门与国外营销外联支持部门以及财务部门之间的高效沟通与协作。

5、指导和监督采购和运输业务的日常工作；

6、负责采购和运输人员的日常管理工作，包括但不限于人才需求分析、人才培养、梯队建设、新老融合、考核与激励等;7、正确理解企业文化，引导采购部门人员和运输人员践行企业文化，推进采购活动的反腐败和反贿赂，加强采购合规管理:

任职资格：

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历理工科或管理学等相关专业:

2、10年以上石化行业采购工作乡经验，5年以上中大型石化民营企业采购管理经验；

3、石化企业运营及管理经验于构建采购团队及处理供应链和供应关系业，积极上进，抗压力强。

4、年龄：40-50岁；

• 赋能公司各个业务板块，帮助业务负责人建立防患于未然的防损思维，并给与他们有效的工具、流程、方法，帮助公司完成防损体系的共建。

• 搭建数子化防损管理体系，通过有效的数据管理及及时跟踪，输出有效的业务报告，支持管理层决策及业务洞察；

• 设计优化零售店铺库存、销售的管控制程序方法；

• 独立完成案件的受理、分析、证据采集、面谈询问和后续跟进等调查工作；

• 协助部门构建调查机制，提出改善建议；

• 协助部门搭建诚信文化建设；

• 利用自身专业知识在公司流程方面给出合理化建议；

• 对门店损耗原因进行分析，提出可行性建议。

工作内容及要求:

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in aircraft design engineering, specifically with Airbus programs.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle customer demands.

• Excellent command of both Chinese and English.

• Tools Experience: CATIA V5, CCD, Gilda, Trend, Primes, Pass v3

• Chinese nationality is mandatory.

• Perform design assessments and evaluations of concessions (T100) and non-conformities for various aircraft components.

• Analyze and design modifications or corrective actions referencing the Structural Repair Manual.

• Propose appropriate repair solutions, prepare Technical Dispositions (TD), and repair schemes.

• Handle Airbus documentation including drawings, technical notes, manuals, service bulletins, and Structural Repair Manuals (SRM).

• Report and exchange information across multinational teams.

• Ensure compliance with Airbus methods and processes for design and production.

• Utilize engineering fundamentals to perform hand calculations.
